We book 30 minute appointments for more one-on-one time with your pet

We are trained in low stress handling techniques and are pursuing hospital certification for all staff

Reception is open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturdays 8am-6pm

We see emergencies (pending availability) until 10pm for a reduced emergency fee (regular emergency fee applies after 10pm)

We offer in-house diagnostics, ultrasound and digital x-ray

We are trained in advanced dental care and only veterinarians perform dental extractions and oral surgery as mandated by provincial legislature

We encourage all staff to take continuing education opportunities to better serve you and your pet

We offer express discharge where you can leave a form of payment and authorize the transaction over the phone

We offer special orders for hard to find items (ordered 3 times per week)
